前作２枚よりもさらに上の危うさが、１曲目から漂ってます。
すっごく心地よい世界。溺れそうで、気を失う寸前のトランス状態。
どうしよう。もうこの世界から帰れません。

「空の下」「１００の月」では、チェロ、コントラバス、アコースティックギターなどの弦楽器によるモノトーンな感じの曲が多かったのですが、「カタチ」ではソプラノサックスが登場したことで、全体的にやや明るめの、カラフルな印象を受る曲が多いような気がします。

明るめの滝本曲というのは「たま」のアルバムにいくつか収録されていますが、それもとどこか違う、滝本さんの新しい一面が繰り広げられているように思います。とは言っても「滝本さんらしさ」は健在で、このアルバムからでもその独特の世界を十分に楽しむことができます。これから滝本さんのＣＤを聴いてみようという方には、一番入り込みやすいアルバムかもしれません。

繊細で優しく溺れてしまいそうな歌声。
それらがたくさん詰まっています。
特にタイトルにもなっている「カタチ」は素晴らしい歌だと思います。
インストも2曲入っています。
最近の滝本さんはインストが多いですね。「２ni」でもインスト曲で
頑張っていらっしゃいます。
