   2001年に放送され好評を博したスペシャルドラマ『恋人はスナイパー』の、2002年放送の第2作。警視庁国際部捜査員のきなこ（水野美紀）と、彼女らが追う国際手配されている中国人スナイパー王凱歌（内村光良）の、気持ちの上では繋がっていながらも対立せざるを得ない関係を描く。
   きなこは同僚の船木（田辺誠一）との結納を控えていたが、再び王凱歌が活動を始めたことを知り、動揺しつつも捜査を開始。やがて2人は再会することに。
   王の母への想いを軸とした切なく重いドラマを背景に描きつつ、主演の内村、水野が自らチャレンジしている香港映画顔負けのアクションが全編を彩る。脚本を「踊る大捜査線」の君塚良一が前作に引き続き担当しているだけあり、一級の娯楽作品に仕上がっている。（田中　元）

一番のウリはアクションには違いない。前作よりもかなり多くなっているし、「おおっ！」っと感嘆の声をあげる場面もしばしばだ。それに、終止シリアスに進んでいた前作に比べると、今作はコミカルさも随所に折り込まれている。ベースはあくまでシリアスなのだが、思わずくすりと来るシーンがいいスパイスになっている。主人公王凱歌と女刑事きなこが手錠につながれてのやりとりも実に愉快だ。テンポも良く、さくさくと物語は進む。そしてラストにやってくるシーンでは、何とも言えない切なさが胸をしめつける。ここで流れる曲も場面にマッチしていて、実に心に迫ってくる。是非ともパート３へ繋げてもらいたい作品だ。

2も劇場版もお勧め~♪『頑張ってるけどいかにもワイヤーアクション』的部分が確かにありますが それを差し引いても十分楽しめるドラマ&アクションシーンの面白さ(凱歌&きなこのコンビ芸&円道寺一家のアクションは必見です♪)そして内村さん(演技上手くなってる~嬉)美紀ちゃん&スタッフ全員の思いがつまった素晴らしい作品です♪未見の方は是非御覧下さい~♪メイキング映像がまた良~♪

前作を超えたアクションシーンは見ごたえ十分、ウッチャンもふだんバラエティーでは見れない真剣な表情、かっこよくまた惚れ直しました。第３弾、ありますよね。竹中氏の意味深なセリフあったし、映画化の話はないのかな？と心待ちにしてます。
