X JAPANとしては、正式にはこれが最後です。（ラストの時はTOSHIは脱退しています）それだけあって、音、バランスは最高です。THE LAST LIVEの時は、準備期間が短かった為か、最後という感動はあったものの、完璧な演奏・音とは言えないと思うが、この96年のライブは、丁寧な演奏、音が伸びている、TOSHIの声の調子がいい（音程を外した回数が少ない）、各メンバーのソロコーナーの充実、演奏が速い（おそらく、JAPANになってから最速ではないか？特に「紅」「X」）、そして、この項目を成し得ることが出来た、メンバーの一体感。これらの要素を網羅したこのライブ、最高です。

x japanとは、日本、いや少なくともアジアにいて知らない人はいないであろうビッグバンドである。彼らの音楽に対する姿勢、迫力、そして技術の高さ。日本ではもはやこのようなバンドは現れないであろう。ロックに起源するアメリカ、イギリスのロックに比べて何一つ遜色ない。彼らはアイドルでなければ、誰のため、金のために音楽をやっているのではない。彼らの音楽は彼らの生き様であり、すべてなのだ。
このダリアタワーでは、x japan時代に唯一のアルバムとなったダリアでの名曲の数々が聴ける。Tears, Forever Love, Dahlia, longingと、常に黄金時代を歩み続けた彼らの名曲。加えて過去の名曲も楽しめる。

このビデオは日本が誇れる音楽の集大成であるともいえる。まだ試したことのない人はもちろん、このｄｖｄでもう一度彼らの色あせない音楽を堪能してみてはどうであろうか？

このＤＶＤはＸが最後に行ったツアーの最後のライブです。最初のドラムソロ、ＭＣ，最後のＳＥまでを完全収録してます。最初のyoshikiのドラムソロがおわってメンバーと一緒にステージへ歩いていくＡｍｅｔｈｙｓｔは感動しました。あと、week endがかなりカッコイイです！特にｈｉｄｅのコーラス！というか、サビの部分とかはほとんどメインボーカル並でかなりイイッ！　endless rainもギターソロやファンとの大合唱に感動した！ＣＤとはちがって最後のピアノのキメまで収録してます。

画像、音質も結構きれいだし、１９曲も入ってて２枚組計３時間半弱でこの価格は、とてもお得です。買って損はしないはず！このＤＶＤでも十分Ｘのすごさがわかると思います！
