浅井健一が渡辺圭一、池畑潤二と組んで結成したユダが、2枚同時発売したアルバムの1枚。一方の『CHARING BLOODY TUESDAY』に比べるとハードかつダークな作風の曲が多く、アルバム全体にピンと張った緊張感が漂う。特にシングル曲「DEVIL」でのハイテンションな叫びや、ラストの「DISCO2002」の重いラップ調ヴォーカルなどが象徴的。演奏は無駄を排除しシンプルに徹したアプローチで、3人の音が互いに反応しながらぶつかりあい、スリリングな空気を醸し出している。ドラムスは椎野恭一も参加。（小山 守）
