 「ナースのお仕事」シリーズ第2作。舞台を若葉会第二病院に移し、そこに赴任した史上最強のドジ・ナース＝朝倉いずみ（観月ありさ）と外科部長の沢田（長塚京三）、そして沢田と結婚した翔子（松下由樹）が、さらなる騒動を繰り広げ、生命の尊さとプロとしての自覚に目覚めていく物語。
   ドラマの基本構成は前作と変わらないが、今回から主任となった翔子の占めるウェイトが増え、彼女と対立する眼鏡ナースの大島（伊藤かずえ）や、いずみとほのかな関係になる研修医・牧原（松岡昌宏）、彼を狙う小悪魔ナース・千秋（上原さくら）といった面々が、いずみ＝翔子の前に立ちふさがる。そうした職場での派閥争いや、家事と仕事の両立に悩む女性として、翔子を描いていることが本シリーズの特徴。また、前作でいずみとの関係が未遂に終わった研修医・水島が再度登場するあたりも、シリーズならではの楽しさ。新婚である沢田と翔子が、ひとつのベッドで“仲良くしよう”と意味深に会話するあたりは、健康的なこのシリーズにあって、ちょっとHでくすぐったい感じ。（斉藤守彦）

シリーズとして成り立つには、このパート２の素晴らしさがあると思います。大抵の恋愛ドラマとはわけが違う！！
キューンとなってしまうようなキスシーンも、綺麗な絵なのです。

観月さんと松岡さんの存在感、（大変失礼ですが）自然な演技、そしてそれを支えるいつもの力強い皆さんの引っ張りにより、見ている側をひきつける笑いとドキドキは見逃せません。私としては、観月さんと松岡さんの役で、パート３も見てみたかったと思うほどです。
必見、人間ドラマです。恋愛ドラマです。

相変わらずの病院を舞台にしたコメディーだが、"観月ありさ"無しでは考えられない程の適役である。もちろん松下由樹を筆頭に脇役がしっかり支えているからでもあるが、やはり観月ありさを抜きにしてこのドラマは考えられない。

観月さん演じる新人看護婦（士）さんが様々な失敗を重ねながらも
成長して行く姿が観られるのがファーストシーズンとセカンドシーズン。

２は観月さんの成長がテーマでありながらも、新米主任の松下さんの苦悩、
長塚さんと松下さんの新婚カップル、プライド高い研修医松岡さんの成長、
野際さんの存在感、伊藤さんら生え抜き看護婦さん達の反抗、
など様々な思惑が絡み、シリーズ中でいちばん面白かったかなと思います。

１→２と続けて観ると、かなり満足感が得られるのではないでしょうか！
