ギタリスト・アップチャーチは、さほど前面に出ていないが、その心地よいサウンドは今聴いてもまったく色褪せることはない。これぞ本物のリズム＆ブルース。キーボードのテニソン・スティーブンスはボーカルとしても５曲に参加。これぞ「メロウ」というボーカルが気持ちいい。ガッドは５曲に参加。ほかにボブ・ジェームス、エリック・ゲイル、サンボーン、ラルフ・マクドナルドなど超豪華ミュージシャンがバックを固めている。２曲目のレゲエ版「アヴェ・マリア」、９曲目ラルフ・マクドナルドの「アイ・ウォンテッド・イット・トゥー」などポップで聴きやすいものも多し。
