下の兄弟アーニー、マービン、いとこのクリスが正式加入して6人で出されたアルバム。70年代のアイズレーの音はここで確定です。
兄弟といとこによって醸し出される最高のグルーブにロナルドのエロ声がからみます。昔、ジミヘンがアイズレー家にいたなんて
本当かどうか分からない噂もあるが、ジミヘン直系のアーニーのギターが1曲目からうなってます。今聞いても30年以上も前の
アルバムかって疑いたくなるぐらいホントにこのアルバム格好いいです。最高。

ぶりぶりのファンクチューンからボーカルに感情の入りまくった美しいバラードまで、思わず拍手したくなる作品（＆カバー）の数々は兄弟＋いとこの個性の見事な融合の成果。現在RemixされまくっているIsleyの中でも、特にこれ以降の作品はどれも素晴らしくておすすめ。その中のアルバムでもこれが個人的にはベストだと思います。ぜひこれを聴かなきゃ。

アイズレーズ６人時代黄金期はこの作品から始まる。
あるオムニバス盤で本作品収録の'If You Were There'を聴いた。またピーター・バラカン氏がある著作で特別に紹介していたこともあり、早速、このアルバムを入手。
ミツバチの羽音のようなギターが延々続くThat Lady、スライが作ったようなポップな佳曲'What It Comes Down To'、ジェイムス・テイラーやドゥービー・ブラザーズ、シールズ＆クロフツのようなこれまでブラック系のミュージシャンが取り上げなかったようなロック、フォークの曲にも果敢に取り組んでいる。('Summer Breeze'はオリジナルでは爽やかな風を思い起こすが、アイズレーのヴァージョンは熱風吹き付ける気だるい熱帯夜を思い起こさせる。）
'If You Were There'は後にワム！も名作"Make It Big!"の中でカヴァーしたし、「ひょうきん族」のエンディングにもなったシュガーベイブ（EPO)の'DOWNTOWN'の元ネタもこれ。（ちなみにアイズレーは山下達郎のフェイバリットの一つという）
スライなどとはまた違った意味で、黒人音楽と白人の音楽の融合を実践した作品のようにも思える。名曲多く、飽きません。
