ラッツ＆スター、匂いがあっていいグループですよね。シャネルズでデビューした頃から、どこか黒くて悪い匂いをプンプンさせてました。実際メンバーが罪を犯したりしちゃってましたしね（苦笑）。反面、音楽はドゥアップやソウルをベースにした甘くて苦くてどこかユーモアもある感じで。ＮＹのヒップホップグループならいざしらず、そんな高い音楽性と危うさの同居したリアルなグループ、日本にはあまりいないでしょう。貴重な存在です。彼らの代表曲はほぼ網羅されてますし、ちょっと味わってみることをオススメします。ちなみに個人的には「ハリケーン」が好きです！

私は２１歳ですが、'７０〜'８０年代の楽曲が好きです。シャネルズ・ラッツ&スターを知ったのは幼稚園のくらいでした。まだ「CDを買う」なんて頭にない頃ですよ...。今回は「ゴスペラッツ」の活動（黒塗りのCM）を受けて、「あぁっ！TheBossがっ！！やっぱし全てはTheBossだ！」と思い、このCDも購入しました☆「ついで」といってしまえばそうなってしまうのですが、きっかけはソレでした。小さい頃に好きだった曲をやっと手に入れることができたのが嬉しくて♪「め組の人」が一押しです！「Tシャツに口紅」、「ランナウェイ」聴いても歌っても癒されるし楽しめると思います！世代の方には懐メロでもあり、若い方には新鮮でもあり、ラッツ&スターの素晴らしさを改めて知る事が出来る作品です(#^.^#)

シャネルズの頃から独自の音楽性を持っており、解散してからも支持する方が多い。
それだけラッツ&スターが好かれている証拠だと思う。
