元々B.バカラックが好きだったところに、知人から「(B.バカラック作品を演っている)こんなギターアルバムがあるよ」と言われて本作を聴いたのが事の始まりです。
この時点ではデヴィッド T.ウォーカーという人のことは何も知らなかったのですが、これをきっかけにいろいろと調べてみると、大変なセッションマンであることが判り更に追求する羽目になってしまいました。
本作はもう円熟期を迎えている時代の作品ですが、柔らかなタッチとよく歌うメロディが本当に気持ちいいです。B.バカラックのファンの方にも是非聴いていただきたい作品です。
いやぁ、よくぞこの作品と出会ったものです。感謝感謝。
