ボサ・ノヴァがまた静かなブームを迎えています。

ボサ・ノヴァの女王と評されたアストラッド・ジルベルトが大好きでよく聴いてきましたが、今振り返りながら、改めて彼女の個性的な歌唱法には感心します。
抑揚を少し押さえ、ささやくようにポルトガル語を歌うスタイルは当時も新鮮でした。多分世界の人に愛されたわけもそこに潜んでいるでしょうね。小野リサの歌唱法もその延長線上にありますが、ビブラートをほとんどかけない発声法が「ボサ・ノヴァ」のスタイルを確立したと思うのですが、ね。

「サマー・サンバ」の軽やかさとけだるさは、確かに「ＳＯ　ＮＩＣＥ」です、いいですね。アメリカでは、インストゥルメンタル曲がヒットしましたね。

「過ぎし日の恋（ワンス・アイ・ラブド）」は、ジョビンが作曲し、ヴィニシウス・デ・モライラが原詩を作詞しています。軽快さは、この曲の持ち味で、それは英語の歌詞になっても変りません。アストラッド・ジルベルトならではの香りが曲から漂ってきます。

「フライ・ミー・トゥ・ザ・ムーン」もいいですね。ささやくような英語ですが、雰囲気の良くし上がっています。

「いそしぎ」「デイ・バイ・デイ」のように当時大ヒットした曲のカバーもボサ・ノヴァになっています。アストラッド・ジルベルトの個性が光っていますね。

最近ライブ活動は止めてしまったようで、とっても残念なアストラッドジルベルト。LP合わせれば何枚もってるか既に数えても良く分からないほど彼女のアルバム持ってます。で、ベストも何枚も持ってて曲も重複してるし、もうお金の無駄としかいいようがありませんが、これは完全ジャケ買いしましたぁ。でも、ずっと聴いてるとやっぱりいいんですよね、このCD。お部屋になんとなく流しているだけで、Non Stop to Brasilです。もう彼女のてきと~な鼻歌みたいな歌がなんとなくホワ~ンとしててムードたっぷりです。神経が高ぶった時は、これを聴くと慰められます。で、突然ですが最後の２曲はちょっと凄い。ギルエヴァンスのアレンジで、彼女のぼわ~んとした感じはいつものまんまなのに、いきなりバックのサウンドは尖っている。そのアンバランスな感じが凄いのでチェックしてみて下さいな。

ボサノバの女王アストラッド・ジルベルトの伸びのある声は耳に心地よく、朝も夜も、家でも車でも、リラックスして聴くことができます。収録曲も多く、どれも名曲ばかりなのでオススメです。惚れます。
