オーストリア出身の新感覚派フュージョンギタリスト、ウォルフガング・ムースピールが1989年に発表した初期の作品です。1990年代はかなり尖がった作品を続々と送り出したり、また最近ではアコースティックソロを発表するなど「落ち着いた姿」を見せているムースピールですが、ここでは比較的オーソドックスなプレイを聴かせてくれます。メンバー構成も、ギター、ベース、ドラムのトリオにピアノとサックスが絡むというごく普通なもの。のちの作品で見せた、一種キッチュで狂気をはらんだ凶暴性をこの作品から見出すことは困難ですが、ミック・グッドリックなどからの薫陶を受けたと言われるコンテンポラリーな作風は、ビル・フリゼールやジョン・アバークロンビーなどの先人たちが築いた世界を継承する、新しい息吹を感じさせます。
