著者の本はずいぶん読みました。本書は、体をグローバルな自然の動きにあわせて生活するための、具体的な方法が書いてあります。食事・睡眠・運動・心の持ち方などについてです。読み物としても、ユーモアたっぷりで、わかりやすく、おもしろかったです。けっして難しいことを書いてあるわけではないのですが、はじめて天風さんに触れる方には、『天風先生座談』『成功を君に贈る』『中村天風のすべて』などを先に読むのもいいかもしれません。行間も楽しめると思うので。彼に共鳴するものがあると思った方は一読する価値はあると思います。

「成功の実現」を読み、物凄い感銘を受けたことから
本書を読むことにしました。

天風さんは生きることについて様々なことを説かれているが
タイトル通り、いかに健やかに人生を送るかについて
体のことについて説かれた講演が本になったものが本書である。

健康を保つための方法・思考について様々載っているが
中でも感銘を受けたのは、食事について。
野蛮な食べ物についての下りがあるが
これを読み、食生活が全く変わってしまいました。
野菜・果物中心の食事。
昨今の健康食品ブームとは異なる、
「その理由」は是非とも一読頂きたく思います。

ユーモアたっぷりでわかりやすい内容でした。宗教ではなく、科学的に、どうしたら健康で幸せでいられるのか、具体的に書いてありました。
ぜひ、この本の内容を実践して以来、前向きな気持ちでいることが多くなり、感謝してよく噛んで食べるようになり、体調もいいです。この本を読んで、本当によかったです。（肉）が内臓（府）に入ると腐るのだという話に納得です。肉を食べないようにしただけで、なんと体調がよくなることかと驚いています。ぜひ多くの方に読んでいただきたいです。
