　CD、MD、MO、DVD、さらには青紫色レーザを使ってデジタルハイビジョン映像を2時間以上も録画・再生したり、多値化や超解像、近接場光などを用いて、飛躍的な大容量化を目指す未来の光メモリ。光メモリ技術の進展はとどまるところを知りません。その応用も多方面に拡がり、光メモリはもはや私たちの生活になくてはならないものとなっています。
