4.0 out of 5 stars 今までなかった爽やかなホームレス小説, 2008/5/31
ホームレスを主人公にした小説には珍しく、ありがちの暗さがなく、
読み終わった後、一種のさわやかな清涼感が残った。

ホームレス同士の交流も、とても面白おかしくリアルに描かれていた。
また、この本は現代人が普段、忘れている生きるための工夫や生活の
知恵の重要性を気がつかせてくれた。
今後、誰しも会社のリストラや大地震などで、主人公のようにいつ、
自分がホームレスになってもおかしくない。皆、この本を自分に置き
換えて読んでほしい。
当たり前の話だが、ホームレスにはなりたかないけどどうせ毎日、
生きていくなら明るいホームレスの方が数段いいです。
知恵さえあれば生きていける、そんな勇気をもらえました。

　陽気一辺倒の主人公に、感情移入できなかった。

　たしかにホームレスの生活描写にはけっこうリアリティがあるし、
生活のアイデアも面白いので、ホームレス生活のハウツー本として読むのなら
良いと思う。

　しかし、主人公なりの価値観や人生観が表現できていないと、
感動まではできない。例えば、「なぜホームレスになったのか」という
理由が、「楽しいから」じゃなあ〜〜（汗）

　「シヤワセって何なのか」とか、ちゃんと考えてよ（涙）

　最後にたどり着いたのがホームレスだってんなら、そのへんもちゃんと
語ってくれよ。

　ホームレスを批判する人たちや、他のホームレスたちの人生観や価値観も
バリエーションが少なく深みが無い。こんなにホームレスを支持する人ばっか
のはず無いじゃん。

　けっきょく作者が何を言いたいのか、最後まで分からなかった。

処女作とは思えない文章の構成に驚きました。最初はベタな感じの始まりでしたが、
スピード感が全く衰えない展開に引き込まれ、「どんどん先が読みたくなった訳よ」
（主人公スーさんの口癖引用）　　　これはスーさん(主人公)の冒険ストーリー。

読んでいて何故か爽快感に包まれる理由を考えてみたら、スーさんが他人やお役所の悪口を決して言わないことに気付いた。彼は何でも改善してみせた。改善・改良・解決。
そんな姿がを読んでいて気持ち良い。SEXネタがたまに出てくる人間的なところがまた心地よい。
寅さんもそう言えばホームレス？

ホームレスを扱った作品だけに、勝手に人生観と言うか生きる意味的なことを考えてしまう。最近、自分がマイホーム建築を考えているだけにと言うかローンを組みたくないだけに、生きるとはなんぞやと考えてしまう。
この本を読んでホームレスの方の生き方も一つだなと引き込まれていた自分がいたが、ふと、ホームレスの方には子供を残すことが出来ないことに気付き、手放しに賞賛出来る生き方では無いなとも思った。

最後に編集はあの村上薫？？？
また、この本を読んで写真集"０円ハウス"を見ると色々と人間模様が読めて楽しい。
