会社のデスクをきれいにする本だと思って購入しましたが、デスクまわりの整理はもとより、
情報、時間の整理についてについても記述があり、期待以上でした。

整理方法も具体的ですぐにでも実践できる内容で、とりあえず整理してみようという気にさせてくれました。
また、整理方法の説明だけではなく、整理そのものについても意識させられる内容でした。

ただし、この本はビジネス中心であり、プライベートな整理方法はあまり記載されていないので注意が必要です。

項目ごとに分けて図解入りで丁寧に説明されており，わかりやすくとっつきやすい内容でした。後半は，前半に書いてあることをまた繰り返し言っている感じもしましたが，もう一度この本を読み直す気持ちで読めましたので，☆５つです。たくさんの例が書かれていますが，その中から自分のできそうなことだけを選べるところがいいですね。私は，今年はクリアファイルでの書類整理の部分をまねして取り組んでみることにしました。

仕事をする環境の整理の手法について網羅的に説明した一冊。

あくまで、整理を目的とするのではなく効率よく仕事をするための手段として捉えている点において非常に実用的です。すなわち、しまうことよりも使うことを優先して考えるということに一貫して重きが置かれています。

オフィスの机回りの環境から入り、引き出しの中やゴミ箱の使い方にいたるまで懇切丁寧な説明がされています。また、100円ショップで調達できるグッズの使い方などもイラストで解説されています。

また、整理を習慣化するためのアイデアについても言及されている点は買い。色調を統一すべきという点や、帰社したときには座り込まずに立ったままで整理を行うなど、具体的な方法が盛り込まれています。

終盤では、情報の整理の仕方やスケジュールの整理の仕方まで幅広く網羅されており、まさに仕事における整理を網羅的かつ丁寧にカバーしてくれている良書だと思います。
