他の方がカネカ出版と表現されていましたが、
創英社ってもともと自費出版の専門店ですから最初から持ち込み原稿によるコマーシャル本として企画されたものだと思いますが。
企画本の場合、企業の買い取り保証が必要なので企業が買い取るのは当然です。
販売を三省堂が行っているだけなのに、さも三省堂の出版物であるかの様に見えますから営業戦略としては上手なんじゃないかしら。
自社工法以外はケチョン・ケチョンですが、断熱・気密・自社工法の効果などについては、データによる実証はされておらず、
他社の類似工法とも比較対比はされていないのではあまり科学的とは言えない気がしました。

この本一冊だけで勉強をすることには強く疑問を持ちます。参考までに、
私は株式会社エクスナレッジ『「外断熱」が危ない！』を併せ読み、
結果的に断熱や住宅の設備についてある程度理解できたと思っています。
他の本でも全然かまわないのだとは思いますが、住宅ほどの大きさの
ものになると、何かを一読して「なるほど！」と思えるほど単純な論理で
動くはずがない（これは人体についてもそうだとおもいますが）ことを
重々意識しておく必要があるのではないでしょうか。

カネカ建材がベストセラーにする為に数万冊を購入したと言うのは有名な話。
続編もスポンサーに偏った内容でみんな騙されています。
ただ、人の心配事をいかにも大きく書く手法はさすがベストセラー
