大好きな黒澤明監督の名作「赤ひげ」でキーパーソンとなる少女「おとよ」を鮮烈な演技で魅せた女優・二木てるみ。
当時１４歳、ということをこの本で知った。
子役でデビューしてから現在に至るまで、決して派手ではないが着実なキャリアを積んできた女優さん。
破天荒な人生を歩む女優が多い中、堅実な結婚をし、二人の子供を育て、つつましい笑顔でほほえむ二木てるみさんを、とても素敵だと思いました。
スチール写真やプライベート写真も満載です。
ファンでなくても、この本を読めばきっと彼女が気になる存在の女優さんになることでしょう。
こんな人生、うらやましいな、と感じました。
