世に料理本は星の数ほどあれど、そこに載っているレシピは懲りすぎていたり古臭かったり「4人分」だったり、「自炊しないとなあ」なひとり暮らし人には荷が重いことが多い。
これはひとり暮らしの実情に沿った本です。
かわいらしい写真と大き目の文字（狭い台所で首っぴきで作るのに、小さなこまかなレイアウトは不親切です）。

「ワンディッシュメニュー」「フライパンひとつ」と魅惑的な章が並びます。
おすすめです。
何品か試してみましたがはずれはありません。
ムックなので店頭から姿を消してしまうのがちょっと早いかも・・・。
ひとり暮らしさん、書店へいそげ！

来年から一人暮らしなのですが、予習？として活用しております。
私は料理初心者なのですが、料理に慣れた方にとっての常識も、この本には詳しく書かれているので助かります。
簡単な割にはおいしいし、少し慣れてきたら自分でも応用ができるものばかりですし。
そして何しろ「ひとり」暮らし用。

あまったりしないし、あまっても次の日のお弁当にちょうどいい量！

ということで、この本、大推薦です。

冷凍食品やお惣菜を使ったメニューなど、
上手に手抜きする方法を教えてくれる本です。

☆ひとつのマイナスは、
買ってみたけどメニューがあまり私好みではなくて、洋食が多かったこと・・・。
和食が好きな方は、同シリーズの「ふたり分の~」をオススメします。
