　女性誌では良く拝見していたので、書店でこの本を見かけた時はすぐに手にとりました｡もともととても綺麗な容姿の方ですが、自分の使命を信じて真摯に生きていらっしゃる過程でそれを麗しさや渋さにまで高めたかただと思います。田中さんの美容概念を知る上では好著｡さらにご自身の育児、更年期、介護についても言及されていて参考になります｡洗練と暖かさが共存する女性｡また写真がいい!

ＳＵＱＱＵというブランドは他のブランドとは一線を画した位置にあり
どこかとっつきにくいイメージがあったが、店頭で平積みにされていた
この本を手に取るや「！」、すぐに買って夢中で読みました。
中でも納得したのは、『大人の女性にパールはいらない』という指摘。
今の化粧品でパール入りでないのを探すほうが至難の業で、
どうも似合うアイシャドウが無い・・・、と嘆息していたのですが
ＳＵＱＱＵのカウンターに初めて行き、そんな悩みが払拭されました。

今まで生きてきた人生の仕上げへの入り口に立つ３０代からの大人の
女性へ力強いメッセージを送ってくれます。
田中さん自身の経歴を読んでいくと、常に、努力や感性を磨くことを怠らず真摯に生きてこられたことが分かります。
そうであって初めて田中さんのようなストイックな美しさを
得る事ができるんだなぁ、と思います。
説得力ありますよ、ご自身の写真を見ていると
若い頃より魅力的ですもの。（もちろん若い頃もおきれいです！）

生き方について教わることはたくさんあります。
年を重ねることに対しての恐怖感がだいぶ緩和されます。

こんな素敵な方が自分の母親ならいいなぁ･･･とも思ったりしました。

美しく、健やかになるための「美の法則」について、わかりやすく教えてくれる本。

まず、私の母が読み、大変健康になりました。高齢なので若い人のようにはいきませんが、それでも毎日の生活にハリが出てきているようですし、何より田中さんの姿勢に元気をもらっているようです。

私は、メイクや美容には全くの素人ですが、この本を恐る恐る読んでみて、田中さんの前向きで何でも試してみよう、という実践の生き方にとても感心しました。

実際的な部分には、門外漢の私が言えることもありませんが（でも、とてもよさそうです）、このポジティブな心をまず読んでいただきたい、と思います。
