イラストレーターの彼女が書いたこの本、すっごくおしゃれです・・・。要は「お風呂のほん」なんだけど、アロマに興味がある人向けかも。ハーブがいっぱい出てくるのです。ラベンダー風呂やらペパーミント風呂やら・・・。オシャレな絵とともに、それらが紹介されているのです。王族たちのゴーカなワイン風呂やらギュウニュウ風呂、シャンパン風呂（えー！！）、なんて【実用】には程遠いbathも読みやすい文章とともに紹介されています。
まぁ、じっさいtryしてみないにしても、眺めるだけでもこの本、楽しくなっちゃいますよ。とにかく「オシャレ」なんだから。読んだだけでbath効果がある、というか・・・・。はー、きーもちよかったっ！！

この本を購入してから15年経ちますが、いつもこの本のレシピを参考にお風呂を楽しんでいます。
いつものバスタイムがとっても豊かになるレシピが沢山のっています。
手作りの石鹸や化粧水、クリームのレシピも載っていて、本当に楽しい本です！
