と帯にありました。田舎に行かなくても自然に生きることが
出来るのです、とも。

この本を読むと、どれだけ自分が、そして多分
私達が自分の「からだ」というものを無視して、
ぞんざいに扱ってきたか、ということが分かります。
そして、自分の口に入るものも。

「食品添加物の量がふえればふえるほど、その食品が

消費者（あなた）に届くまでの時間がおそくなり、
当然、栄養価は低下していきます」

食べ物、考え方、暮らし方、モノを持つこと、など
生活全般について、より人間らしく、より自然に近く
生きるためにはどうすればいいか？ということの
指針書だと私は思っています。

巻末には食べ物の一覧表があり、
「ノリ。ビタミン、タンパク質がいっぱい。

ノリには裏と表があ??、デコボコのある方が裏です」
などと親切に解説されています。

お金を払ってマッサージやエステもいいですが、
その前に、この本を読んでみては?
エステやマッサージも必要なくなっちゃうかも知れません。

　まず…本が可愛い。ジーンズのポッケに入るサイズ。白地にリンゴの絵の表紙。ビニールカバーまで付いている。
　
　読んでみると…実にスッとした文章で、こころ・からだ・たべものについての“レッスン”が語られている。1ページのポエムの形で。
　

　「今の生活をちょっとでもマシにしたい人のため」に書かれたこの本。装丁にも、ページ構成にも、そして文章とその中身にも、筆者が、どうしても伝えたいコトを、何とか伝えようとするキモチが感じられた。

　実に美しく、実に気持ちのよい、スッとする本である。
　
　こんな一冊を持って、擦り切れそうな都市生活をスッとすり抜けてきたいもの。

最高です。☆１０つつけたいです。
著者はネイティブ・アメリカンにも造詣が深く、
この本にはスピリチュアルな精神が一貫して流れています。

しかし、この本の素晴らしさはややもすれば精神論で終わってしまう
俗的なスピリチュアルブックとは異なり、
ひとつひとつの言葉が全て実践的であり、すぐに生活に活かせます。

私もこの本を呼んで「ハッ」とした部分が数知れず・・・。

本当にこの本に出逢えて良かったです。
この本づくりに関わった出版社、著者、そして書店の全ての皆様に感謝です。
私はビレッジバンガードで出逢いました。
