６月に木原作品に嵌まって、入手できる作品は全て読んできたのですが、このシリーズはレビューの評価があまりに悪かったので後回しにしていました。
ドラマや小説で、フィクションだと分かってはいても、嫌悪感を感じる行為や表現はありますが、「脱がない男」は他の木原作品同様、面白く読めました。
甲斐谷の行為は最低ですが、作品トータルとしてみればそんなに気になりません。
二人のやりとりがかなり誇張されていて、笑ってしまいそうな場面すらありました。
甲斐谷にせよ、藤原課長にしても、欠点がある人間の方が何故か惹かれるし、いじらしく思えてきます。
「Don’t Worry Mama」の書き下ろしも嬉しかったのですが、甲斐谷と藤原課長の話を読んだ後だと、二人ともいい人すぎてちょっと物足りなかったり・・・（毒されすぎですか^^；）

読んで不快になるという方の気持ちもとても分かりますが、木原ファンの方には是非読んでいただきたいシリーズです。

木原さんの「Don't worry mama」シリーズとあって、しかも上下巻。期待していたのですが、
「Don't worry mama」に比較してかなり登場人物の魅力がガタ落ちでガッカリ。

リンク作品の「Don't worry mama」では、主役の裕一が凄い男っぷりが良くて、
最初はおデブで甘えん坊のお坊ちゃんだった今蔵さんの精神的成長がとても大きく描かれていて
力強かった。なんか二人共に感情移入出来てじんわりしちゃったんですけど、
……こちらの主役二人はですね…感情移入するのが難しいというか、正直
攻め役の主人甲斐谷が薄汚れている印象が強く有って、それが嫌なんですね。

確かに藤原課長は厳しいし部下への指導も行き過ぎの感じも有るんですけど、それにしたって
やはりその人の身体的ハンデをカメラに盗撮して脅すなんて最低過ぎ。
途中途中で彼の仕事への中途半端っぷりが少しずつ成長はしていくんですけど、
なんか最後まで甘えが消えないし、突然甲斐谷と藤原課長の仲が深くなる辺りがカットされ
過ぎているように思います。

同じ体育会系の裕一とどうしても比較してしまうので、余計甲斐谷の惰弱さとか卑怯な面が
目についてしまうんです。
…でも、後半は裕一×今蔵さんのラブストーリーが番外編として収録されていたので
購入しても仕方無かったか…と自身に言い聞かせている次第です。

新装版とあって以前の本を持っている方は購入するかどうするか迷うところが大きいと思います。
「Don't worry mama」で木原さんを知り、好きになって他名シリーズも購入するキッカケになったので
非常に残念!
