内容は親切だし詳細で具体的な自己暗示の威力は信じられるのですが、
どうやっても劣等感の方が圧倒的な人はどうすればいいのかな~とも思いました。（私はいい女→ウソつけ。となっちゃう人）
私としてはそのマイナスの壁を取り払う方法の方が知りたい。
この本を読んだ後の唯一の不満です。

佐藤富雄先生の本は元気にしてくれるのでとっても好きな本です。
でも、浮気OKみたいなところがちょっといやだったかも。

4.0 out of 5 stars 少しずつ上向きになっていく！, 2007/8/13
初めに読んだときは、ホントに精神状態が暗い時期だったので、
書いてある内容があまり心に響きませんでした。
特に、鏡に向かって「今日もきれい！」って言うとか、
実践しようとしても「今日もきれいだね！…ていうかとんでもなくブサイクだしデブ」
とか、ついついネガティブワードを付けてしまったり。
自分を責める言葉はいくらでも思いつくのに、
ほめる言葉が出てこなかったりして、うまくいきませんでした。
それでも、前向きなほうが人生うまくいく予感はしていたので、
折に触れて読み返し、気分だけでも忘れないようにしていました。
最近、ふと気づいたのですが、
自分の周りの状況がすごくいい方向に変わっていたのです。
自分を痛めつけるような言葉が思い浮かばなくなって、
「私って、みんなから大切に思われていて幸せなんだなぁ」って
しみじみ感じられるように。
そうすると、さらに大切にしてもらえるのです。

お金持ちのほうは、そもそも自分で稼ぎたいほうなので
あまり関係ないのですが、幸せな気分になって仕事も頑張れる、
という点でよくなっていると感じます。

時々浮ついた感じの文章があるのが気になりますけど、
内容は、私にはとても役立ちました。
そして、元祖のこの本がイチバンで、その後の
佐藤春雄氏の著作は、もう読まなくてもいいと思います。
ほぼ焼き直しですので。
