テーブルセッティングはきれいですが、料理が一般的とは思えませんでした。というか、そこまで気合いの入れている料理とは思えなかった。しかもこんなセッティングで料理を出せるのは、レストラン？だけ？私は料理共使えませんでした。

とても美しい本です。
お料理もプレートも、季節に合わせた素晴らしい写真です。
しかし、誰が作るの？という内容でした。
時間も手間もかかります。材料も手に入りません。
ちなみに私は上海に住み（この方と同じく駐在妻）、2歳の娘がおり、よくママ友達を家に呼びますが、このレシピは1つも使えませんでした。
自由な時間がたっぷりある方にしか作れないお料理だと思います。

　料理大好き主婦で料理本だーいすき。かなり影響されやすいタイプなので、ほとんどの方が星５つつけられているこの本をわくわくしながら購入しました。宅配も２日で着き、感激！！
　早速開きました。が・・読めないのです。目がチカチカして！　詳しく読みたいのにどうしてもじっくり読めません。料理の写真がたぶん実物より大きすぎじゃないかな、またその背景がぼかしてあるせいか、本から料理が器ごと飛び出てくる感じ。そして文章がまた小さい字でびっしり書かれていて、とにかく目が疲れるんです。ひととおり目を通すと車酔いしたみたい。悪口でもおおげさでもないんです。みなさん、ほんとに？？っていうのが私の感想です。
　先生は優しそうでお顔を見るだけですばらしい方だと感じました。お料理も素敵だと思います。でもこの本自体の構成・バランスはどうなんでしょう？理解できないです。
