内容は取り立てて刮目すべき内容ではなく，コロンブスの卵的な内容です。それでも全く無価値ではなく，万人向けで，誰もが早速実行できるというメリットは高く評価したいと思います。ルールも万人が実行できるように，煩雑ではなくそれでいて一定の効果を上げることは可能であることを考えると，これはこれでこの本を評価できると言えます。ただ，もう一つの「続ける」技術という本は，この本の全く焼き直しと思ってもかまわないので，安価であるこちらの方だけを読むことをおすすめします。

個人的によかったと思うのが実行力をつける方法を、
精神論には基づかず説明してくださった点です。
今までたくさん自己啓発本を読んでやる気出してきましたが、
まずその気持ちが続かなかったので。
特に、何冊もついつい同じ様な自己啓発本を買ってしまう、
私と同じ様な人には、一読されて試してみられるのをお勧めします。
私は今のところはこの本で実行し続けられていますから。

やるべきだとわかっていてもできない行動、やめたいけどやめられない行動。。
誰だって数えれば簡単に10は出てくると思います。

成果に焦点を当てた方法では、一度モジベーションが下がってしまうと続かなくなります。
それは、「成果＝行動の蓄積による結果」で、必ずしも毎日チェックできるものではないからです！
しかし、行動というものは、やったorやらなかったの二択ですから毎日監視できます。
成果ではなく成果に結びつく行動（たとえば契約数ではなく、営業件数）を見つけたら、それぞれの行動を分析し、改善方法を考えます。
本書にはそのテクニックがいくつか記されています。

この通りに分析すれば、誰でも成果が得られると思います。

お手軽文庫サイズお手軽価格ですしオススメです。
