日本や海外の美しい風景写真を立体視でみることができる本である。綺麗な風景の写真を立体視で見ると、風景がもっと鮮やかに見えるから面白い。美しい風景を見ることによるリラグゼーション効果もありそうだ。

見開きに、クロス法という立体視でみる写真と、パラレル法という立体視でみる写真が一つづつあるので、ページをめくるたびに目や脳が違ったかたちで刺激され、「眼力」や「脳力」が鍛えられる気がする。最初は難しく感じた立体視も、ページが進むにつれて、次第に速くできるようになるのが実感できた。楽しみながら能力が開発されていく工夫がなされている良書だと思う。

最近目が悪くなってきたなあ、と思っていた矢先
この本に出会いました。
昔から３Ｄの絵見るのが好きだった私は、楽しんで
視力回復できるなんて本当かなと思いました。
とりあえず著者が東京大学のお医者さんだし、
買ってみて損はないかな、位の気持ちで購入しました。
この本を読んでみて自分が今までやっていたのは

パラレル法であって、この本で紹介しているのは
クロス法であるということがわかりました。
一ヶ月ほど訓練してみて、実感としては視力の回復は
なかったです。しかし、長時間パソコンに向かった後
に見ると、目の疲れがすう~っと引いていくのがわかります。
視力回復と言うよりは、目を癒すといった感じです。

コンパクトサイズの本書でありながら、自然の風景を中心に数多くの３Ｄ写真が掲載されています。パラレル法・クロス法・立体視を楽しみながら自然と、心の映像空間を広げられる楽しい内容です。
　携帯にも便利なサイズですし、手軽に目と心の疲れを癒してくれます。
