ウチの子供は「赤ちゃん」「結婚式」にとっても興味があったので
この絵本はよく読んでいます。

ちょっと気が高いグレタとのやりとりも大人が読んでもなかなか面白いです。
最後は結構奥深い締めくくりだな〜と思います。
この独特な絵もステキです。

ブルーリボンを取ったダックスフントのプレッツェルくん。
でもとっても好きな彼女は振り向いてくれない。
しかし彼は少しもめげない。
何度もアタックしていると、ある事件が・・・

人間も同じだけれど、女の子の気持ちはわかりませんね。
でもあきらめてはいけないのは人間も同じ
男の子には読んで聞かせておいた方がいいかも知れない・・・

本を広げると、表紙と裏表紙にまたがってながーい胴体のプレッツェルが現れるところが娘のお気に入り。
H．A．レイの絵がとってもかわいいです。
この絵本を読んで、プレッツェルが食べたい、と娘が言い出したので
本物を買ってきたら、おんなじ！！と絵本と見比べて喜んでました。


男の子を出産した友達に、お祝いで何度かプレゼントしました。
やっぱり男の子に読ませたい本です。
