この本を読んで魂がゆすぶられました。
人間関係の本質について非常に具体的に書かれていました。
本を読み進むにつれてあの時こうしておけばよかった、あの時あの人はこんな気持ちだったんだと自分の体験に重ね合わせて読むことができました。
一度目に読んだ時より、二度目、三度目とどんどん新しい気付きがあり、何度も何度も読み返しています。
人間関係に悩んでいる人、親子関係、夫婦関係に悩む人にぜひ読んでほしい本です。

「聞いているか、聞いていないか」「謙虚か、傲慢か」「対立か、非対立か」
他人（ひと）と衝突しないための気の持ち方を教えてくれる本です。
自分の方が正しいという思い込みがある時、「非対立」はとても難しいことですが、一度対立するとなかなか修復できず、良いことはないのも事実です。
日常から一つずつでも対立を減らしていこうと思う気持ちになれました。

人間として「非対立」の生き方をめざすのは、正直言って難しいです。でも、それがとても今重要であることはわかります。この本は、たくさんの気づきがあると思います。また、勇気が湧いてきます。
