必要に迫られてメモ・ノート活用法をいくつか読みました。その中では一番役に立ったのがこの本です。第一章で全体像を示した後、メモ術・ノート術・スケジュール術・デジタルツール活用術と各章で詳しく取り上げていてすんなりと読めよく理解できます。最終章で実例を挙げしめているのも良かったです。中身は各Tipsが見開きで書かれているのですが、右ページが文書、左ページが図やフローになっており視覚的にさっと理解できます。

この手の本を初めて読む、あるいは１冊ですませたい人にはお勧めです。

本書は社会人2年目や最近手帳を使い始めた方向けに書かれた書籍だと感じました。

お金を出して教えてもらうほどの内容は少ししかなかった。この手の本が今、流行ってるんですかね？ほかにも沢山あって何冊も買いました。中にはすごいためになる本もありましたが、これは内容が幼い。大半の内容はまともに仕事してる人なら日常的に行ってる事です。今までノートやメモをまったく書いたことない人なら役に立ちますが、日ごろ使っていて、さらに効率を上げるための特別方法がないか期待してるならいまいちです。
