当然ながら、本人にとっては、転職するよりも、転職してからが一番大事ですよね。

でも、転職ノウハウ本は数あれど、なぜ今までこんな本がなかったのか？
答えは簡単。
転職支援はマスプロだけど、転職後のフォローは人それぞれで千差万別だから。

筆者は転職の概念とビジネスを日本に作りあげた、かのリクルート出身で、現在はIC(独立事業主）として多くの企業と契約単位で仕事をされています。つまり日常が「新しい組織で成功すること」の実践の日々なのでしょう。

そのせいか、「自分と環境の関係のリセット、再構築」ともいえる「転職」に際しての、生きた実例が、転職者の視点だけでなく、受け入れる側の会社、人事、現場の視点も合わせて、体系的に整理されています。

転職するって、どういうことか？
転職をきっかけに、成功するためには何が大事か？
転職未経験の方も経験者の方も、転職前/後に是非一読をオススメします。

転職するまでも大変だけど、した後はもっと大変。。
環境にもよるとは思うけど、馴染むのに時間がかかるし、戸惑う事も多い。
そんな時に頼りになる本。いろいろと悩みはあるけど、本音で相談できる
人がいる訳じゃないという時にはこの本を開いてみると、いろいろなヒント
があります。

もちろん、誇張しすぎっていうか、ホントに実話？って思ってしまう部分も
あるけど、おおむね参考になります。
工夫してあるなって思うのは、1週間・1ヶ月・3ヶ月･･･と区切ってある事。
それぞれに対応した時期に読むと、それなりにタイムリーなアドバイスがあり
ます。

このようなコンセプトの本はなかなかないと思うので、転職した方だったら、
買って損はないと思います。

著者は転職を何度も経験している方のようです。経験豊富な方のいわれる、転職後1年までにやるべきことを、最初の1週間・1ヶ月・3ヶ月・6ヵ月の期間にやるべきことがあります。転職豊富な”先輩”のアドバイスであり、なるほど、と読んでました。が、技術者に対してはちょっとずれてるかもしれませな。
