　エントリーシート（＝ＥＳ）の書き方に関して、端的に分かりやすくまとめてあります。

　ＥＳとは何かといった説明から入り、どういった視点で書くべきかなどが最初の方で述べられています。また、第２章「３０分でできるＥＳ革命」では、ちょっとしたことでＥＳが見違えるように変わるポイントが説明されていて、とても役立ちました。

　もっとも、このような短時間で出来る小手先の技術のみを紹介している訳ではありません。著者は、ＥＳには一定期間が必要だと言っています。このＥＳには一定の時間をかける必要があるという考えに立ったもとで、第３章以下で自己ＰＲ・志望動機について述べられています。

　第３章以下では、著者の主催するスクールの受講生の学生さんのＥＳも多く掲載されています。ですから、どのレベルのＥＳなら通過レベルかを知る目安にもなります。また、自己ＰＲと志望動機を連動させて考えるという点も、一貫性のあるＥＳを作るのに役立ちました。

　就職活動はもちろん、インターンシップのＥＳを書く方にも、おすすめの１冊です。
