付属のDVDはとても参考になりました。演武者は皆、中年以降、初老の方たちでしたが、スピードと迫力は年齢を感じさせません。試合空手とか格闘技ではなく、生涯を通じて空手というものを追求して行こうと思われる方にはお勧めです。

附属のDVDが大変素晴らしいです。

沖縄剛柔流の 東恩納 盛男 師範の『スーパーリンペー』、東恩納先生の高弟演じる『三戦(サンチン)』および『十三手(セーサン)』、

上地流からは 高宮城 繁 師範の『龍虎』、高弟の『三戦』や『十三』、『三十六(サンセーリュー)』

少林流からは 喜友名 朝孝 師範が『チントー(鎮闘)』、
島袋 善保 師範が『クーサンクー(公相君)』と『ナイハンチ(内歩進)』、

松林流からは 新里 勝彦 師範 の『パッサイ(抜塞)』と『ナイハンチ(内歩進)』
と、ソウソウたる顔触れの実力派の名人、達人たちと高弟の先生方が型を演じて下さって、それに加え
剛柔流と上地流のサンチンでの『体鍛え』を収録。
そして松林流の新里先生は体の使い方や体の練り方について『平安(ピンアン)』や特に『ナイハンチ』を題材に説明して下さっています。
私はこの新里先生のフルスピードのナイハンチを見た時は、あまりに感動して涙が流れてしまいました。
数年前の動画で見た時よりも、はるかに素晴らしい動き、体捌きで、本当に感動しました。

大変勉強になります。

本当におすすめです!
