「記憶」という苦手意識を持つ人が多い作業について、
かなり充実した内容が収録されている。
まっとうな方法なので、「ラクして何でも覚えられる」というものではなく、
どちらかというと「努力を無駄にしないで結果に結びつける」といった感じ。
渡辺剛彰氏の著作あたりが好きな人向けだと思う。

子供達にわかりやすく伝えることをお仕事にされている方ならではの、
わかりやすくて、すぐに実践してみたくなる内容でした。

「記憶っておもしろい！」
「人間の記憶は無限である。」
「年齢を重ねるにつれ、記憶しやすくなる。」
という言葉に共感しました。

私は、30才を過ぎたころから自分の記憶力に自信をなくしていましたが、
子どもの頃の、新しい知識を吸収することのワクワク感がよみがえってきました。

衰えた能力はテクニックでカバーするという知恵は、歳を重ねるほど
大切になってくるとおもいます。
30才代以上の方におすすめします。

この本は、優れて頭の良い人が、誰にでもわかりやすく、易しく実行できる記憶法を
伝授してくれるものです。

また、その方法は勉強にとどまらず、スポーツや稽古事にも応用できますし、実際
そのように（本書を読んでいないとしても）応用している優れた人はいるように
思います。

本書の要点は、（つ）（ま）（そ）（１つなげる　２またやる　３外に出す）と
（で）（か）（だ）（１出来る　２簡単　３大丈夫）ということになると思いますが、
他にもたくさんの有益な知恵が満載です。（無料ダウンロードの２項目「運命を拓く勉強法」、
「運命を拓く記憶法」を含みます。）

このような充実した内容の本が、こんなに安価で手に入れられることに驚きを
禁じ得ません。著者の、できることなら世の中の誰にでも広め伝えたいという
熱い思いが感じられる一冊です。

私がレビューを書くのはこれが初めてですが、この一年間に出会った書籍の中の
一押しの良書です。
