冒頭に筆者が述べているように、人はおそらく誰でも一度は不動産契約をするのであるから、高校で「不動産学」を必修にしてもいいと言えるかも知れない（未履修に終わることなく）。少なくとも、「現代文」では、先生方のお好きな傾向の文芸作品をいつまでもありがたがってだらだら読ませるよりは、契約書の正しい（賢い）読み方を習うべきではないかとさえ、国文科出身者の自分ですら思う。
　この本は、もしそんな不動産の授業があったら、きっと優れた参考書になるであろうと思われる。基本は見開き構成で、右ページに不動産購入の基本的知識を文章で述べ、左ページに要旨をわかりやすく図示。また、そのプロセスで「賢い購入者となるための知恵＝注意点、ポイント」を節々でプロの目から教えてくれるという、いわば「基礎からの不動産購入学」といった趣の本である。欲を言えば本文がスミアカの2色だったりすると「チャート式」っぽくってもっとノリがよかったのに。第二弾に期待します。

読み込めばわかるが、この著者自身の経験談がまるでない。
おそらく売買のプロではあろうが、自身の購入経験のない人間だと考えうる。
不動産は、自信の経験が私たちに訴えることが感動呼ぶ内容の業界、
私の不動産業を長年してきたが、仕事と自分の経験ではまるで談が違う。
ここらが著者が抑えられなければ、すべてすっきりといえるであろうか？
プロにナットできる内容がほしかった。
