モンスターペイシェントなど患者側に
問題がある場合もあるが、
本書は医療問題に関して、患者側に立つという大前提で
書いてくれている。

熱意が充分過ぎる程、注がれているようで、
全ページを充実のうちに読み終えた。
また、つらいであろう著者の身内の方の出来事も
リアルに伝えてくれている。

特に参考になった部分は、下記のとおり

・いい病院、危ない病院の見分け方
・公表されている、病院症例別手術データの読み解き方
・終末治療の真実
・公に認められていないが、アメリカのデータを利用しての
　医療事故死亡者数は48,000人？という隠れ数値の説明
　（年間の自殺者より上位かも…）
・命の値段の計算方法
・民間医療保険に入るより、貯金がおトク
・健康な人を不健康者に仕立て上げてしまう
　メタボ検診システムや高血圧患者を増加させてしまう
　数値トリックに関しての説明

参考になった点はまだまだあるのですが、
それぐらい素晴らしい一冊と思います。
是非多くの方に読んでいただきたいし、
いつまでも手元に置いておきたい本です！
