っていいですね。
けっこうこまかいところを
ついた本です。
研究家と名乗っていることだけは
あるかも。
なぜ、仕事ができる人は
交通費請求をまめにするのか？
なんてドキッとしてしまいます。
まとめて請求するのがふつうだと
思っていましたから。
ささいなことから別の視点を
教えてくれる本ですね。

仕事ができる人は残業をしない。
仕事ができる人は上司の言うことを話半分にしか聞かない。
仕事ができる人はメールの返信が早い。
仕事ができる人は異性に優しい。
仕事ができる人は返り途中で寄り道をする。
仕事ができる人は交通費請求をまめにする。
仕事ができる人は案外と悪口を言う。
仕事ができる人はスパッと会社を辞める。
ということで、タイトル通り、残業だけに限った話の展開ではありません。
一言で言うならば、自分自身が自分らしく自立するということが、人生では何より大切、
ということだと思います。
自分らしく、自分の自由を求めて、自分で責任を持って、自分で判断して、歩いていくことが大切です。
今後、ビジネスマンは自分自身のキャリアは自分で構築することが重要です。
会社に入ってしまえば、あとは会社がなんとかしてくれる、なんていう考えでは自分自身が幸せになれないでしょう。
自分の心の声をきちんと聴き、創造的に生きていくことが肝心です。

この本は残業をせずにすむためのハウ・ツー本ではありません。
勤め人は人生の大半を勤め先で過ごすこととなります。
大半を会社で過ごす人生を、価値あるものとして過ごすためには？を教えてくれる本です。
価値を感じて仕事をすることができるようになると、仕事をしている時間は変わらないどころか増えるかもしれません。
でもきっと本人は充実した生活を過ごしていることを実感できるでしょう。
