帯に書いてある通り、一期・トロイメントのアニメ雑誌とグッズイラストのほぼ全てを網羅してあり、それぞれ2行程度のコメントが添えられています
終始その構成です。イラスト+監督×キャラデザの6ページほどの対談、未公開ラフ&線画と非常に単純な作りになっています。
言ってしまえば使い回し(表紙と双子のポスター除く)のイラストのみの構成の為に短く感じるかも知れませんが、中身は濃いです。
ノクトゥルネを凌ぐサイズなのでかなり迫力があります。
イラストも味気なくただ載せるのではなく、上下左右に余白をとっているのは非常に良い工夫。
コメントの字体も雰囲気にすっきり溶け込んでおり
まるで美術館で絵画鑑賞をしているかのような臨場感が得られます。
個人的には表紙の絵が特に気に入りました。ドールの持つ質感が上手く表現されていると思います。
あしやのイラストも凝視出来なかったので満足。
少量ながらラフ画も、ドールの絵を描く際にも大いに役に立ちそうです。
値段に見合った、よく配慮のなされた逸品です。ファンの方は間違いなく買いでしょう。
ローゼンのファンブックの中でもかなり秀逸だと思います。

時期的に黒い本（ノクトゥルネ）などで既出のイラストが多いのは、後発のイラスト集としてはやむを得ぬところか。各イラストにコメントを追加してはいるんだけど、そっけなかったり「失敗した」だったりして、新たな魅力を感じる風ではない。とはいえ、メージュのツンデレ特集のときのイラストとか、あしや人形感謝祭のイラストも載っているのはこの本だけでしょう。双子の書き下ろしピンナップもあるしね。
松尾監督×石井作画監督の対談は目玉と言えば目玉なんだけど、赤い本（エーデルローゼ）も黒い本も入手済みで、今三期を熱望していて、新たな燃料を切に欲している私のような信者が知りたいことを語ってくれているわけではない。たとえば、特別編については黒い本以上のコメントをしていないし。しかし、一期開始時に意識的にエロ描写をつぶした話は、なんとなく得心するものがあった。
要するに、赤い本も黒い本も持っていない人向けですね。

本当に絵が並んでいて眺めて終わりみたいな雰囲気が流れるかもしれません。ですが普通の絵だけでなくデフォル画やグッズ一覧、ラフスケッチなども描かれていてローゼン好きにはたまらない1冊になっていると思いました。
ローゼン好きの方、さらにローゼンを好きになりたい方、買われてはどうですか?
