街のおしゃれなカフェ、小さなカフェ。どんな人たちが、どんな思いで作ったのか？
カフェオーナーのインタビューにそれぞれの個性や歩んで来た道のりがよく表れていて興味深い。
自分でもカフェをやってみたくなるし、
いつかカフェを開きたい、とは、思ってなくても、
ただカフェという空間が好きな人にもオススメできる本。

カフェを開くという、このたぐいの本は何冊か読みましたが、一番読みやすいし
オープンまでのＳＴＥＰにしてもホントに知りたい情報が載ってるように思います。

そして東京カフェマニアの川口さんの本だけあっておしゃれというか本全体の雰囲気がすごくいい。
川口さんがすすめる、日本全国のおすすめカフェも簡単にですが紹介されています。
いつか巡ってみたい!

キッチン設備や必要な器具の価格帯が書いてあったり、融資を受ける時のことなどもかなり具体的に分かり、良かったです。個人的には、書き込み式シートもかなり役に立ちました。漠然と思う「夢」ではなく、具体的にな「目標」として考えることができるようになりました。前半のインタビューもすごく面白かった！

いつかカフェがオープンできたらいいな、と思って手にとりました。実現している方やその方法が具体的に書かれていて、もしかしたら自分にもできるかもしれないと思うことができると同時に、その夢までのプランに必要なことがまとまっていて心強いです。
