昔はやった「ナニワ金融道」は「街金」で、個人に高い金利で貸してはいるものの一応「貸して回収して」成り立っている金融業。ところが、本書に登場する「闇金」は甘い言葉でつけこんでしゃぶり尽くして売り飛ばす、という極悪非道な裏稼業だそうです。
システム金融という金融業とは名ばかりの借手を潰すことを前提とした違法集団。
風俗やマグロ漁船に売り飛ばす。臓器売買など、うわさに聞いた違法な回収方法の実態。

結局、事業でも個人でも表の金融で借りられなくなった時点で法的手続き等の処理が必要になるということが良く分かりました。そこを間違えて妙な金融屋や詐欺師の甘い言葉に乗ってしまうと取り返しがつかなくなるという現実が本書に取り上げられた裏世界です。

結局のところ本書は裏モノ雑誌的なルポではありますが、作者の視点が、「裏金融には関わった時点で人生終わってしまうから絶対近づいてはいけないという」ところにあることが、せめてもの救いだと感じました。

システム金融，個人向け日掛け金融など，所謂「闇金」についてのルポルタージュ．
著者は主にアウトロー系のルポルタージュを得意とする作家だが，その強みが上手く活かされている．出版元が「宝島社」なので推測できるかもしれないが，「別冊宝島」的なスタイルと内容．

一般人はこういった「闇」の世界に触れることがないので，読み物として面白い．

特に，「サラ金」という切り口から社会構造の歪みを指摘し銀行批判がなされる最終章「サラ金の変遷」は一読の価値あり．
文庫書下ろしの上，内容があるのでお買い得感がある．お勧め．

　これは2002年に闇金融の実態を書いた物である。現時点（2008年12月）に読むと手法が大きく変化している事に驚かされる。ある意味、闇金融は法律の不備や予想外の利用方法を使った隙間産業であり、進化が速い。

　この手の本は人生の早い内に読んだ方が良いだろう。高校の副読書にすると良いのではないか。
