私は経営者ではありませんが、勉強になることが非常に多かったです。Ｑ＆Ａ形式になっておりますが、その問いを突詰めて行くと自分の人生にも応用できると思います。
商売をされている人も、そうでない人も参考になると思います。

　この本と出会えて良かった。たくさんある本の中で本当良いと思える本とは出会えないです。しかし、この本は、本当に良い本だと私は思いました。
　私はサラリーマンですが、勉強になることが多かった。わりやすく、すらすら読むことが出来た。

経営者を目指す者ですがタイトルに「経営以前の」とあり、どういった内容なのか？と思い読み始めましたが読んで納得です。社長としての心構えや、もっと言うと人としてのあり方についても言及している内容でした。「目から鱗の内容」から「耳が痛い内容」まで多くの中小企業を見てきた税理士さんだからこその話が満載で、経営者の方や起業を志す方には大変参考になるのではないでしょうか。全部で１００の話が掲載されていますが１つ１つは見開き２ページ分だけで全て独立した話ですから、時間を見つけて少しずつ読むのも良いかもしれません。著者も「同じ中小企業の経営者」と自ら言っているだけあり中小企業経営者の目線に近い内容となっており、また、中小企業経営者の多くの悩みについての解決のヒントが多く詰まっていると思います。読んで正解でした。
