5.0 out of 5 stars 整理に苦手意識を持っているひとにお勧め, 2008/9/10
　まず「３分整理術」という言葉が気に入りました．細かく考えずに３つに分けることから整理をはじめる．このようなシンプルな考えをベースにすると３分程度の時間で整理が可能となる．そうなると，「整理しなきゃ」という強迫観念から解放されて，「整理を習慣づけなきゃ」とか考える必要もなく気づけば習慣になっている．そんな内容です．
　冒頭での紹介ではいろんな整理のハウツー本が注目されていますが，それぞれ実際にやってみようとすると整理が苦手なひとにとってはかなり難易度が高く，長続きしない．自分も得意な方ではないので妙に納得しました。気楽に整理を身につけたいと考えているひとにはこの３分整理術がお勧めです。几帳面でしっかり整理したい人はこのタイトルを見ても読まないでしょう。整理だけでなく、仕事の効率の良い進め方、スケジュールの立て方など参考になる内容もたくさん紹介されています。
