内容はとても充実してました。こんなに簡単にいろいろ手抜きできるんだって思いました。ただレシピー集のように写真などがないので文章を読む形になっています。ずぼらな私には文章を読んで想像して作るというよりは実際に出来上がった写真の乗っている”ずぼら人間の料理術レシピー集”の方がわかりやすくみやすかった。写真がなくても文章だけで全然問題なしと言う人はとても重宝できると思います。

料理は時間も手間もかかるしめんどくさい、わりに自分で作ったものはおいしくない・・・という私の考えを180度変えてくれた本です。特に乾物なんかは、まさか、こんなカンタンに使えたとは、こんな使い方があったとは、と驚かされることの連続で、まさに「目からウロコがバラバラ落ちる」思いです。

読む前と読んだ後では、台所に立つ時の気分がまるで違います。
子育てに関するエッセイも載っており、子育て真っ最中の私には、こちらも「ああそうか」と思う内容ばかりでした。

初めての育児に身も心もフラフラのときに、「息抜きしておいで」と言われて外に出て、立ち寄った図書館でふと手に取っただけだったのですが、その場で一気に読んでしました。

どのアイディアも簡単、おいしそう！と、ワクワクさせてくれます。「とにかく用意できれば・・・」と、マンネリ化していたメニューも手間暇を追加したワケでも無いのに一新！作っているときも、食べるときも食事を楽しめるようになりました。

料理についてはもちろんですが、読み物としても楽しく、読み返す度、疲れた心を一気に元気に前向きにしてくれる本です。
