なぜにわざわざ自宅で？？という気持ちで読みはじめたこの本。
自宅出産を選んだ理由や、その過程、自宅出産の実際などなど、
読みやすい文体で書かれていてオススメです。
出産は自宅出産に限る！！といった押しつけがましい所はなく、
こういう出産もあるんだなぁ〜と素直に読み進められました。
私の中でともさかさんの好感度が上がっちゃいました。

女優・ともさかりえさんの妊婦生活を綴ったエッセイ。妊娠発覚から自宅出産までを日記形式で紹介していマス。つわりの時期のお話、夫婦で旅行したお話、検診のコトなどなど盛り沢山の内容デス。これを読むとかなり夫婦はラブラブなんだな~と思いマス。お腹の大きいともさかさんの写真は必見!こそだてちゃん編とセットで購入もいいかも・・・

ともさかさんとは同い年という事もあり、デビューからずっとファンでした。という事で迷わず購入。
結論から言えば『期待以上！』でした。
妊婦ちゃんならではの食生活や運動、マタニティブルー等、短いながらも赤裸々に書かれていて、一気に読んでしまいました。妊婦ちゃんの定番腹出し写真等、数は少ないですが写真もあり。メディアには、あまり出ないともさかさんの日常が垣間見られたようで楽しかったデス。イラストもとても可愛く、文章以外でも楽しめます。
私自身はまだ未婚ですが、妊娠したくなりましたね〜。
