当たり前だけれど、なかなかできない７５の習慣。
１日に１つずつでも、実行すれば、確かに変わっていくでしょう。
仕事はうまくいくし、人間関係もよくなると思います。
ぐだぐた言うより実行あるのみ！もう一度初心に戻ってやるぞ！
という前向きな気持ちにさせてもらえました。

紹介されている小さな習慣７５個は、
みんな当たり前のことです。

でも、忘れがちな大切なことばかり。

こういうことが一つずつでもできるようになると、
自分はもっと成長していけるし、
仕事も人間関係もうまくいくようになるんだなって思います。

編集者の方が描いたというほのぼのとしたイラストで、
気持ちがほっこりなごみます。

社内研修の終わりにこれを配るといいと
誰かが言っていましたが、
それはグッドアイディア！だなー。

仕事は、ほとんどみんなでするものなので、
わが社の人にも読んでもらえれば・・・と思う本です。

久しぶりに新人の頃を思い出せ、新鮮な気持ちになれました。
これから、上司としても心がけておきたいこと。

・口に出してほめてみよう。
・肯定的に言おう。
・「いいところあるんだな」を見つけよう。
・他人のミスはさりげなくフォローしよう。
・仕事は前倒しで進めよう。
など。

あちこちのページに付箋をつけています。

やはり仕事は基礎基本がしっかりできてこそ、です。
良い本は何度も読み直して習慣化すべきでしょう。
