「仕事は部下に任せよう！」出来そうでなかなか出来ないですよね。今までにありそうで無かった内容の本です。人事コンサルタントとしての著者のスキルを垣間見たような気がします。しかもサラッと読めてしまいます。そして、読んだ後には実践してみようか！という気にさせてくれる１冊です。経営者・上司だけでなく、逆に一般社員が読むと「こんな経営者・上司になりたいな。」という気にさせてくれ、仕事へのモチベーションもアップすると思いますよ。

叱咤激励の中にも愛情があり、激務の中にも余裕がある、
優秀な上司が書いた本ですね。
著者は社労士事務所の経営者で、本業は以前から大人気のようですが、
これだけリーダーとしての心構えを言語化できる方ならば
当然の話かもしれません。

とても素晴らしい内容でした。
目と耳にきました！！

目からウロコが何枚も落ちたのと、わかっているのに、できていなくて、
耳が痛かったのと・・・。

いいですね、発見と確認ができるこのような書籍は。
ビジネス本の鏡のようなものです。
いい書籍との出会いには、きっといい結果があるとも考えています。
強くお薦めします。
