ガンピーさんはとってもやさしいおじさん。
とてもしんせつ。おねがいを聞いてくれる。まずいことがおこっても
いらいらしない。おこらない。ガンピーさんといっしょにいると
いやなことも、いいことに変わってしまう。
こんなおとなになれたらいいね。

主人が、買ってきた絵本です。最初は何で？と思って読んであげてたのですが、なぜか娘もお気に入りの様子。それならば！と思い、牛乳パックを半分に切って、ボートを作り、楊枝にそれぞれの動物の絵を貼って、絵本を読みながら動物をボートに乗せてあげる・・・といった感じで遊んでいます。娘も取っても喜んで遊んでくれて、今の手作りボートはもう４艘目です。絵も、ほのぼのした感じで、大人も楽しめる思います。

細い線で重ねて描かれた絵が、最初は見づらく感じましたが何度か見ているうちにとても綺麗で丁寧に書かれていることに気づきました。あら、こんなものも描かれている、なんて発見もあります。色使いや動物たちの表情も豊かで、言葉も綺麗。しかも文字数が少ない。1歳4ヶ月の息子が動物の声を真似しながら楽しそうに見てくれます。
