２年前に友人に勧められて無水鍋と一緒に購入しました。

焼く・煮る・蒸す・揚げる・天火とまさに万能な無水鍋ですが，
この本のおかげでバリエーションがさらに広がりました。

素材そのもののおいしさを生かしながらも，個性的な料理が楽しめます。
この本も，無水鍋も一生付き合って生けるものだと思います。

無水鍋と一緒に購入しました。
まだ数種類しか試していませんが、無水鍋で出来る料理を俯瞰するにはいい本だと思います。

シンプルな料理が多く、これがまたどれも美味しそうなんだなあ・・・
ちなみに無水鍋とは言え有元本ですからオリーブオイルの嵐です（笑）
とはいえ僕のお気に入りの一冊です。

本屋さんでこの本を見かけた時、使い勝手がわからず２年近くシンクの奥底に眠らせていた無水鍋を思いだしました。
蓋もまた鍋として利用でき（１台２役！）、しかも鍋なのにスコーンやフォカッチャも焼けてしまう魔法の鍋。シンプルで簡単なレシピが満載で、これなら私にも使いこなせる！と思い、購入しました。　早速今夜この鍋を使ってお料理をしてみようという気になりました。
