１歳からの手先が器用になってきた赤ちゃんにぴったりだと思います。赤ちゃんはめくって何かがかくれているのを見つけるのが大好き。この本はめくるところがたくさんあり、かわいい動物がたくさんかくれていて、最初はめくることが楽しいだけかもしれませんが、動物の名前を覚えてくるとそれを当てるのが楽しくなってくるので、長く遊べると思います。本が丈夫で、簡単に破れない点をとってもおすすめです。ただ、ひとつ言えば、めくる窓が全て四角で、変化がないので、もう少し工夫があればなおいいと思います。

しかけ絵本がほしくて購入。
１歳になる娘は隠れている動物たちを探すというより
めくれるところがあるからめくる・・・といった感じ。
出てくる動物たちを「おお！おお！」といいながら
結構楽しんで見ています。
絵本の主人公ジェインがサバンナや森、海などに行き
その場所に住む動物たちを眺めながらある動物を探しに
旅をします。動物たちの名前は英語（カタカナ読み付き）と
日本語で記されています。
めくる部分も結構しっかりしているので簡単には壊れないし
ストーリーが理解できるようになったら、また違う遊びが
出来そうです。
