今まで、禅語というと、一期一会くらいしか知らなかったが、この本を読むと現代人にとって必要で、役立つ言葉がたくさんあることに気付かされた。
また、判りやすい文と、洒落た絵で大切な人への、贈り物としてもいいと思った。今抱えているいろいろな問題(人間関係や仕事のことなど）も優しくすーっと解決してくれる本だ。
