金平さんの本は、私のサラリーマン時代からの愛読書です。金平さんは「ことばのご馳走」シリーズが有名ですが、こちらの「ひと言」シリーズも心が暖かくなるエピソードが満載です。四十半ばになった私は、時にホロリとして涙してしまうこともありました。職場を、学校を、家庭を元気にさせるこの本は、上司の方・先生方・親ごさんに是非読んでもらいたい本です。みんながこの本を読んで、チョットだけ優しくなれたら、奇跡はきっと起きると思いますよ。昨年、出版された「肉ジャががいい」は魔法の言葉もおススメです。

この本は平成12年〜平成17年の雑誌連載「素敵な上司といわれるために」をもとにまとめられ
平成18年に初版されたものだが、著者には現在の世相が見えていたのだろうか。
どこからでも読めて、どんな立場の人にもすぐに役立つメッセージが一杯です。
ふと心にとまったそのひと言があなたに奇跡を起こします。

　いつもながら、経験に基づいたエピソードが語られている。人を動かすのは、論理だけでなく、感情なのだということを気づかせてくれます。読みやすく、どこからでも読めて、いいですね。
